Microgaming American Roulette
Microgaming brings players their exciting version of American roulette that is played around a 38-numbered wheel with colored slots and of course… a ball!
So how is American roulette played?
- Numbers on an American roulette wheel are 1 through to 36 and then 0 and 00. This in total amounts to 38 slots.
- The 0 and 00 are green in color, while the other numbers alternate between red and black on the wheel.
- The roulette table is set out as follows: Three columns are divided into 12 numbers. 0 and 00 can be found at the top of the rows.
- Players place their bets, depending on how they wish to wager – ranging from one specific number to different combinations.
- A bet placed on the numbers on the roulette table is known as an inside bid, while other types of bids (eg. red or black, odds or even) are placed on the side of the numbered grids and are known as outside bets.
- Players place their wagers and predict where the ball will land on the roulette wheel.
- The wheel begins to spin and the ball is thrown in the opposite direction onto the wheel.
- The ball falls into one of the colored slots on the wheel.
